Parent & Child Aquatics - 6 months to 3 years

This is a great program for little ones and their parents to build swimming readiness by emphasizing fun in the water. Guided parents help their children to learn the elementary skills of water safety, water adjustment, and build the foundation for swimming lessons.

Preschool - Levels 1-3, 4 to 5 years

Learn to Swim: Levels 1-6 for ages 6 to Adult

  • Level 1 – Introduction to Water Skills. Helps students feel comfortable in the water and enjoy the water safely.
  • Level 2 – Fundamental Aquatic Skills. Gives students success with fundamentals skills.
  • Level 3 – Stroke Development. Builds on skills in Level 2 by providing additional guided practice.
  • Level 4 – Stroke Improvement. Develops confidence in the strokes learned and to improve other aquatic skills.
  • Level 5 – Stroke Refinement. Provides further coordination and refinement of strokes.
  • Level 6 – Swimming and Skill Proficiency. Refines the strokes so students swim with ease, efficiency, power and smoothness over great distances.
