The mission of the Moberly Fire Department is to protect the lives and property of the citizens and visitors of the City of Moberly through emergency response, education programs, and prevention practices. As leaders in our profession and as community role models, the Fire Department provides professional responsive services to the citizens of Moberly by investing in training, education, and equipment.
The primary function of the Fire Department is to provide fire protection within the Moberly city limits. Mutual aid agreements are maintained with other agencies in the area to enable Moberly to assist them and them to assist Moberly in the event of large emergency events. The Fire Department regularly assists the Randolph County Ambulance Service with vehicle accident extrication and emergency medical services.
