Duties Plans, organizes and directs the operation of the county emergency management program with local government, civic and business officials and other interest groups; coordinates the emergency and assists business firms in establishing industrial emergency management program; meets with state and federal emergency management officials to coordinate the county emergency program; prepares various forms, official documents and reports for state and federal officials; prepares the budget for the emergency management programs. Testing and maintaining of early warning siren system for Moberly and Huntsville. In the event of a disaster, activates the emergency center and assists the county or city officials with command and control of the incident. |
