Welcome to Moberly Parks and Recreation! Public service is first and foremost for government organizations. This includes offering services effectively, efficiently, and with quality customer service. We at the Moberly Parks and Recreation Department hope to enhance the Moberly area’s quality of life while living up to these standards. Here at Moberly Parks and Recreation, we have great facilities, parks, and programming available to area residents. While Rothwell Park naturally draws the most attention due to its size and amenities, Moberly has other great parks including Lion’s Beuth Park, Fox Park, Tannehill Park, and West End Park. Our parks and facilities include an Aquatic Center, Auditorium, the Lodge and other meeting facilities, picnic shelters, mini-train rides, sports fields, disc golf courses, basketball courts, playgrounds, boat rentals, campground with full hookups, and more!

Moberly Parks and Recreation also offers great programming from sporting events and dollar movie nights to Christmas lights and a Trick-or-Treat Trail. For a current schedule of events, please contact our programming staff or stop by the Parks and Recreation office at 200 N Clark Street. We hope you enjoy our parks and recreational opportunities as they create a well-rounded community and strong quality of life. We are constantly looking for cost-effective ways to improve our facilities, parks, programming, and the benefits the public receives from them. Through the years, area taxpayers have been generous in supporting Parks and Recreation with their hard-earned tax dollars and we always welcome your ideas. |
