City Hall HVAC System
Installation of the well-field piping and the pipes connecting it to City Hall is now complete and pressure tested. Installation of the mail loop piping inside City Hall is progressing smoothly. They are waiting on more materials and machinery to arrive, so beginning soon they will start removing the three inactive heat pumps from the ceiling area. 

GIS Improvements and Implementation
In regards to the stormwater study that is taking place, GIS staff met with engineers Morris & Munger in regards to how to begin the steps in determining the cost increase for residents and businesses necessary to fund the work that will be needed to address the ongoing problems.  The square footage of residential and commercial lots will need to be determined, in order to place them into an ERU classification.  This will determine the cost for that property owner for the stormwater utility.  The City will also be working with the GIS Department affiliated with Morris & Munger on an ongoing basis for contour and elevation information, as they request it.
