New Construction
New construction inspections include:
Certificate of occupancy inspections (before the building can be occupied foresidency or for commercial use)
Concrete
Electrical
Final building inspections
Footings
Natural gas
Plumbing
Structural
Appliances
Once installed, all major household appliances such as water heaters and furnaces, whether related to replacement of an existing appliance or installed during new construction, must be inspected by the Building Inspectors.
