Norfolk Southern will close the Coates St. crossing on Monday, April 21st through Thursday, April 24th for rail maintenance. The crossing will resume operation on Friday. Work will include cleaning out and repairing around and under the rail and repaving the crossing. Residents should use the Rollins Street underpass to access downtown.
